Knight Warner Limited meets today’s high production demands by offering efficient and cost effective robotic palletising solutions.
As part of its systems we offer the addition of the FlexPalletiser System (FPS) for moulder standard systems palletising products such as cardboard boxes, open trays, cases, bags etc.
The FPS is available in a number of configurations depending on the number of infeeds, outfeeds and pallet sizes etc.
The FPS allows the operator to build the pallet configuration of line and then download to the robot cell, the pallet configuration is then selected from the robot cell HMI. This allow easy programming of each pallet configuration without interrupting production.
New products can be added simply by using the wizard.
Variations in the product can be adjusted by simply increasing or decreasing parameters which does not affect the main program.
